oh darn it...i was riding my sweet little white cbr125 just like 2 months ago....i only put 3k on it n upgraded to ninja. i dont mind riding and practicing with u. still need to break it in for my new bike. im off tomor, PM me if interested, its SUNNY!!

get the cbr125....its really easy to handle and cheap on the go. mine is for sale: 2008 in white with 4500km, never dropped.

im also mid 20s female rider, and i ride cbr125! and i pay $1200/yr.....very similar to you. the bike can handle 140 on hwy..its ok but not recommended. im thinking of upgrading as well, honestly just not enough power once you get used to it eh...
