To you it isn't important, to others such as myself it is an important issue. It's about what the registry represents. The registry is the government putting undue restrictions on the population for no effective reason even when faced with factual evidence that the restrictions are unnecessary...
Then you'd be seeing things incorrectly. The registry is automatically 'pinged' anytime a PAL holder has a check done for many non-firearms related things. The registry itself is only used about 15 times a day NATIONWIDE. Of course the CACP and other NGOs are going to spout off outright lies...
I do not own gold or silver nor will I purchase any in the near future.
First, I simply can't afford to invest in anything right now while I'm working my better half and I through school.
Secondly, I hear often about how Gold/Silver is the only safe currency as government notes can diminish...
ya God forbid that isn't legal in Canada....
cause you know the thugs/criminals/dangers to society/illegal gun owners really pay attention to the law :jerk:
A knife isn't a weapon until used as such. A lead pipe, a fork, a piece of rope, a gun it's all the same.
They're tools, it's the operator that decides if it's a weapon or not.
I think the problem is too much Union protection for the bad apples. If we could get rid of the small percentage of corrupt idiots in the force and start focusing on policing real issues (this is more of a political issue) I think the public's faith in the police could be reestablished.
Sounds like an interpretation to me. Unless it came from the mouth of a Justice, it isn't LAW, only an opinion from the Sgt. By this logic, any helmet with a sticker on it would also be illegal and open to seizure. I'm curious (as it BusaBob) as to under what part of the HTA does the officer...
Maybe you guys haven't heard but the police in Guelph have put an end to ALL crime there, that's probably why he's on you for your mohawk.
Seriously, shouldn't the police have better things to do??
My question wasn't really pertaining to the lottery rules. I just heard that there's a rule that you cannot buy a house and sell it (flip it) until after a year has passed, is this true?
I used the first one yesterday and was successful. You are just letting them know you are making the application. When you go to court, that's when you have to argue your points if necessary!!!
