Personal iron butts happened was when I was out west. Rode to Olympic Island in Washington in one day - that was ~1000km. Did the Cascades loop through Osoyoos in one day, that was about 900Km give or take. Kamloops and back in one day, also ~900KM. Honestly, days like that, though...

I just think buying in Canada is a waste of time. If you're willing to drive 3 hours into the States, bikes are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper. Yes, it's a bit of a hassle, and not for everyone. But to save 3-4 grand on newer bikes, I'm in.

You should walk into the garage, glance at the bike, and smile. Whether that smile is because you know how bad a s s it is, or because you love the MPG savings and get to be smug about it at the pumps, it should always be that smile that keeps you coming back. Otherwise, it's just an appliance.

For you Android aficionados: I'm getting a Sony Xperia T to play around with, and know it's going to have a bunch of Sony bloatware preloaded on it. What I'd really like to do is wipe it and go to a standard ICS or even better JB setup like a Nexus. Is this possible? How would I go about it...
