I went from a 4 year old Arai ?? to a Shoei RF1100. Not going to lie to you, LOVED the Arai and the Shoei is OK. The only new Arai that fit my head shape was their top of the line one @ $1100 or something.

Mixed feelings personally. The Q9 is the second model I have owned. 2nd year in, I cannot answer the phone via my Q9 anymore....Next time I am definately going to try some other brand.
