Okay, you said R/R so I was confused. Did you set the meter to AC? The voltage drop is odd.

No need to pull it, you can test the voltage between the 3 phases at idle.

Those plugs look fine. Test the entire charging system, sounds like you may need a new R/R.

Finished up the big stuff today. Speedo sensor was installed last week and stator this morning. The one in there was pretty burnt, so let's hope this one lasts. I plated and insured the bike this morning, and rode it on the street this evening. Words cannot describe the insanity of this...
