"Never underestimate the power of a few committed people to change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." - Margaret Meade (who is a well-respected cultural critic and writer)
rorider - Thanks for posting. Personally I'll look into attending.
As much as I disagree with most...
They emailed back within 30 mins of my email saying I would call my cc for a charge back if they didn't respond to my email by Tuesday. I honestly didn't care if I got the pants from them at that point; lots of places sell them and discounts aren't uncommon. I'd rather spend 20 more dollars on a...
Gawd. I just emailed them to tell them the same. 3 weeks and utter silence. If I were not on GTAM I would just think they are scammers who took my money and ran. I agree that I can only support them and be understanding up to a certain point. Completely ignoring customers for 3 weeks =...
Kuro... I do like that it costs nothing. The sauciness of my takeout would not endure though!
BuckWild... yes, now that you mention it I should start a thread about helmet hair! And... I didn't start any thread about getting my bike wet. Troll harder.

Also an option. Just haven't seen any appealing...

I do not want to get a topbox because it's just overkill and rather awkward looking IMO. So.... I was thinking of the Axio...
"some work" is a generous understatement, IMO. Efficient and effective communication to customers is pretty damn important to me, especially if I'm the customer!
I ordered a few things 24 April; emailed them twice to get an invoice because I didn't get one through email, called once but it was...
A few weeks ago my bike wouldn't start after filling up with some gas (as if the battery was totally dead), so I was stuck at a gas station around Elgin Mills and Bathurst for a little while, trying to figure out what was wrong. Anyway long story short, I had a nice non-rider in a pickup lend me...
This reminds me, I once got pulled over for inadvertently cutting a cop off in Toronto (the intersection was really wavy and unmarked!!, but yes, I know...). The cop was really obnoxious, waving his flashlight all over the inside of my car and pointing it on me. Then he asks "what's in that...
Good tip. I just stay in blocking position and keep monitoring my mirrors, but it's probably not enough.
Thing is, it's not uncommon for drivers, who clearly don't know about blocking, to gesture for me to ride in the centre of the lane.
