    What's with the numbers?

I truly do not know the circumstances of what happened. I only heard that someone's bike went over. People screw up; even the most experienced of riders. That is a fact. Bad things are going to happen. That is also a fact. As for your question. Not quite sure what you are asking. This...

    What's with the numbers?

You're welcome. No, the riders didn't own the bikes. I test rode the BMW 650 scooter and REALLY liked it. So glad I went to the event. Great opportunity to try out different bikes.

    What's with the numbers?

Glad to hear the person is okay. The numbers, as far as I could tell, were simply to identify the motorcycles. The person's name would be called, and she was told which number bike she would be riding.

    What's with the numbers?

Not "bent" at all. We all find different things humorous. Now, I would find a rider getting a ticket for speeding/stunting humorous. Like you said, "face palm moment" :)

    What's with the numbers?

It was a women's only BMW ride. We started at the Best Western in Orangeville. It was a very good day! I had heard someone went down. Not quite sure what's humorous about that :( And, even if people choose to pay someone to lead them around on rides, so what???

3 bikes hit on 401, one may be fatal. Scarborough.

Thanks for sharing, griff2. Sadly, and unfortunately, this won't affect how some people choose to ride.

Does a lounder exhaust save lives?

Absolutely agree with you! I personally do not believe loud pipes save lives. Before I started riding a motorcycle, if I heard what sounded like one, it meant nothing to me. Now, if I think I hear the sound of a motorcycle, I'm looking around to: 1) see where it is; 2) see if it's someone I...

    Top of Jolley Cut, Hamilton

Just came up the Jolley Cut (on my bike). Saw two police cruisers and a car. As I passed them, saw orange motorcycle wedged under the front of the car. I have no idea of the circumstances.

Very well said! People need to respect the plain and simple fact that we are all different.
