The Street triple R has it's ups and downs. I'm like you, where I do long distance trips 700km plus each weekend.
The Pros:
- Tons of fun to ride.
- Power on demand
- Smoothness
- Cable driven throttle (not fly-by-wire)
- Aggressive adjustable suspension
- Looks sweet
Cons:
- Seat is decent...
I got the same news from GP. They are now telling me another month until the part is in stock. Fingers crossed for both of us to get back on the road before winter!!
He probably did it by accident. Locking the forks and the parking light are literally a half click on the keyring apart (1mm turn). Often I need to check to see if the lights are on. I think Triumph could've designed this part better.
1) On 9th line heading south from Burnhamthorpe toward Dundas (Hwy 7) in Oakville. Large shrubs cover a driveway of a private school where undercover cars "park" and radar out the window. I had the car in front of me pulled over for 15 over the limit. They are there almost every day.

I feel your pain OP. I've been out for a month now because some ******* hit my parked motorcycle. All i'm waiting on is a gas tank....

I don't know all sides of the story but it looks like there are 2 sides at fault. Sadly, the motorcyclist and his daughter didn't walk away alive :(
This is so sad.
Clever! I'd love to see a vinyl made up for it.
Mine was pretty serious as it was shattered, along with part of my shoulder. I got an awesome scar from surgery along with several screws, staples and a metal plate. I wonder what the doc thought when I finally went in for repairs....
