Im 27, when I was 20 looking for insurance for an 08 r6 i was getting quoted between 6-12,000 per year. When I turned 21 in 2008 and had my drivers license for 5 years State farm was able to do an 08 r6 for me at 1680 for the year full coverage..(but they charged me almost double for my truck).
I disagree with people who say 600's have more usable street power. Power comes on earlier on a litre which is better for slow riding as your not cruising at 7000rpm. IMO
To the people that talk **** about litre bikes (who are serious, not the jokers). Its ok if you don't think you can handle...
