I plan to get a new bike and was wondering if anyone know of any good deals currently on any remaining inventory of SS bike.
BRAND NEW from dealerships.
I am a bit older so I am ok with 'litre' bike or maybe even go down a notch for a 600. I am quite flexible but preference is Kawi or Yamaha...
The SIU is not obligated to release any info to the general public about their investigations. The report goes directly to the Attorney General of Ontario and limited summary of the investigation release to the victim and/or his or her family.
If u are travelling on a residential street at the stated 40k/h limit and u make a 'mistake' and hit a schoolbus head on. There is a very low chance u will survive the crash. So, just a suggestion, there is no safer bike ..u can be a safer rider by devevloping better riding skills and defensive...
Seems like he already made up his mind on getting the 600 and would not consider a 250 or something smaller.
My suggestion, for sure go with a 250 to start. But I am sure there are some people out there who thinks they are different and can handle more powerful bikes right from the get go and...
Getting rear ended by inattentive drivers at traffic stop could be a whiplesh if u are in a cage but quite deadly if u are on a bike. Other than keeping an eye on the rearview mirror...its not much we can do??
Are u an accountant? I like the way how u even align the margin and things on your analytics
The reason for the significant bump in insurance on the kawi is because of the extra 36 cc.
Get a quote for a zx10 the insurance may not be that much higher. If u are paying $500 more for 36cc might...
When a business always try to give an impression of NEW management or actually state NEW management and its in fact the same people... you know that place is shaddy.
Never bought anything there but been there a few times, and the last time I was there, this older blonde lady was ushering me to...
On a slightly different topic on the M2 vs M class, does it lower the insurance a bit with the M if you are already over 30 yrs old anyway? Does it make a difference?
Just wanted to see if there are any benefit to go for it earlier rather than later.
If it was the stupid cager making an abrupt U turn, its almost impossible to avoid...
Even a professional MotoGP racer fell victim to idiot drivers making U turns.

If they are really going 120km/hr, I don't think the bike will look like that from the photos. Besides, if its anywhere close to what its being claimed to have happened, news reporters would of been all over it like bees on honey ... Especially with the motorcycle death just 2 weeks ago
I...
I haven't even been on a 250 and jumped right into a 900cc as a first bike.
In hindsight, I think I should of gotten the 250 and ride it for at least 5000km to get the necessary basic before moving to something bigger.
Sounds to me, you like the thrill of speed, I would suggest you should...
Wouldn't it be better to be made in China than in Tunisia?? Cuz I think even the iPhones are made in China.
If you are really concern, perhaps bring it to a lab at UofT and get a research student to take a composition test to see if the material properties aligns with the standard Dainese...
I learned that the young victim of this horrible accident is also a member of this forum. His alias was At_28
Makes it even harder to accept such tragedy when you know a little bit about the person instead of just another statistic..... ( I just read some of his past postings)
Like other...
I agree with you grond1234, BEST post so far.
I know some people is saying its because of the stunt law or getting hefty tickets and possible impound that is causing the rider to try and run away but I actually think that it is because of the assumption or expectation that the police will not...
Thanks so much for the tips guys! Will definitely check them out. I think the Elm or McGill would be a good option. I am usually out by 5, so it should be ok but really appreciate the heads up on the hours.
I was in Europe for a while and noticed that most if not ALL motorcyclist would lane split while waiting on traffic lights, including motorcycle cops!!
Come to think of it, it would be a safer defensive position in the event of a 'blind cager' rear ending you on a traffic stop.
Anyway, I...
