Make sure you get them to sign an 'iron clad' waiver form and perhaps consider doing some insurance coverage. Either way, if they wanted to, they can still sue you if they get hurt. At least a waiver will help a bit... I am no lawyer, maybe consult a lawyer first.
Buddy of mine did a...
Thanks for the link.
Base on what 680 news is saying.. is this true?? I know about street meter parking is free but pay and display lots too???
Motorcycles and mopeds are allowed to park for free at all on street-parking meters and pay-and-display lots.
If its consistently the same demographic of disrespectful axxholes....perhaps u should add a sign on your bike stating 'Government property of the People's Republic of China.'
I am guessing the 'triple' double facepalming allude to that comment???
Also, I am not sure about further experience on crossing boarders with merchandise... are you looking for techniques like hiding it in the rear seats or what to say to avoid custom if you are trying not to declare...
Glad to hear you are ok with only some scrapes. What bike do you ride?? From the sound of it, seems like it is something with a little more juice in it...
I don't know your level of experience, sounds like a rookie mistake but then again, it could very well happen to an experience rider...
What I like to see is a comparison to other major cities that is similar to Toronto and see how we compare.
Cities like LA for sure would have more fatalities but if we look at deaths per total number of riders, maybe they are better??
Since you are riding, you will be in full video survillance on what you are wearing.
You will be heading down on a T-shirt, back with full gear and a passenger helmet.....
There is probably a very low chance they will go to that extend to review the video of you leaving and re-entering back...
I'd thought it was more of a sales tactic from the seller... or possibly a 'curb sider'.. saying
'oh yeah, insurance is way more than what I can afford and need to sell...' and when you go check out the bike, it would be a 40 year old guy showing you the bike and its not his name on the...
Agree. I have seen motorcycle riders and even cops in Europe squeeze in between the two car lanes while they are stop in traffic. As a precaution to prevent from getting rear ended by a blind cager. I guess also to filter through as well...
Re: Motorcyclist killed in Brampton crash - B-Town
Car driver error?? abrupt sudden stop causing the motorcycle to swerve??
Motorcyclist error?? speeding??
We may never know.....
Either way, RIP rider.
Thanks for the clarification. The reason I wanted to know more about the credential is that racing school like these aren't regulated (or is it?? if so by which regulated bodies), even the motorcycle courses at RTI or Humber, the instructors had to meet a mimumum standard in order to be...
If you have money to spare, buy what ever you like. If you care about resale value then stick with the Ninjas 250 or maybe the CBR 250 for starter bikes.
It was mid season (July/Aug) for at least two incidents. One, I was near the intersection on Bay and Front and the trailer was heading west on Front st. The other time, around the same area and saw the trailer going south on Bay.
A more recent incident was later on the season in Oct of last...
I guess these are only core GTA, the ones in Markham earlier in April and ones out west of the city probably don't count.
Now I know why there's constantly a police cruiser near the Bayview ramp on DVP in the summer months..... one of the highest fatality spot for motorcycle riders over the years.
Someone sent me this.. its a bit dated only up to 2011. But is this even accurate?? Seems like there are more than 10 just last year and a few already this season. Base on the stats, in 2009, there was only one death???
