I replaced mine with an LED when I changed my stock headlight with a HID, works perfect. You can get it for 5$, and while you are at it change the speedo and tachometer bulbs as well. I used the white ones for mine, loving them since.

I am looking to put reflective tape on my rims as well. Will be ordering them from ebay soon. I saw some at Snow city but they didn't seem reflective even though it said reflective tape on them.

Most of the GS's on the forum squeal while breaking i believe. When i bought mine it didn't, after replacing the front and back brake it does. Don't know why, but if you happen to figure it out please do share. Also we have a few members who own GS's Like Sabex, Tricky, Rafiki911, defect_9 etc...
