Fixed it. Found the tightest spot on the chain and adjusted the play on it, no more Sound at last!

The cog had a rod and apparently it dropped into the oil pan so i never saw it and thought the cog just adjusts btw 2 other cogs. Upon checking the manual i the problem and sort of figured it out where could it be. Damn i am exhausted, 10 hours of work while fasting.......Learning curves they say :P

i drained the oil and took the magneto gasket part apart. I see the cog which got pulled out during my 1st time pulling out the cover isnt aligning with the other 2 cogs( one big one small). So is there a special position for it to be put in?
