Have the most beautiful example of this level of stupid today, since it's winter I am busing it to work at the moment. At Norfinch and steeles the bus driver stops, gets out of the bus (shift change) and then proceeds to walk across steeles on a red light while cars are zipping by him so he can...
Just bought a BKMoto HID Projector kit
Which requires that you pull apart your existing headlight assembly and modify/rebuild it.
I'd rather not work directly on mine in case I mess something up so I'd like to buy one from someone who is parting out their old bike.
Thank you.
Bought these yesterday for my 250

and it came out to 250+tax which is $2 more than petes.
Nice thing is it's 5 minutes away from where I work in...
I dropped my bike in a turn on my 5th day after doing the safety course, bloodied my knee because the only piece of gear I didn't have were knee pads.
Also met the most obnoxious cop in the universe that day.
So yeah, gear the hell up.
I think I scared him off, he asked what I wanted done I sent him a copy of the list from this thread and he hasn't responded since. :lmao:
or he's really busy, Oh well, no rush anyway since the bike is still sitting in the kitchen.
Gonna wait till I have the state farm one that way if it's lower I can call them and go "Hey dumb dumbs I have this quote from state farm that doesn't look like highway robbery, can we talk price a bit now?"
Mine is up this year, well technically it was up last November but I didn't feel like doing the test in the cold. :lmao:
Probably going to go back to learning curves and do the riding day/test with them just because it's been long enough that I've probably gotten some bad habits and a refresher...
I'm actually waiting for a quote from State Farm right now
Punching in all my info (Used 2012 Kawi 250 , M2 since June 2013 + my personal info) into the TD quote system gets me a quote of $980.
Believe me I get that I'm over paying but I was getting worse quotes from others too before...
Ninja 250 and like I said I think the main reason I was so high in the first place was the fact that despite my age this was my first vehicle ever, hell I still don't have my G though I am starting to consider it because the bus is really getting on my nerves in the winter now.
So yeah I agree...
I live/work in the North York/Vaughan area and I'm going to need to bring my Ninja 250 in for some much needed TLC in March hopefully any recommendations for that area that won't clean out my bank account?
On the docket;
* Oil Change
* Rear brake caliper clean/rebuild
* Probably tire change...
They are partially important, I may be suicidal but I would rather my death not involve other people or vehicles so stopping when I need to stop is important.
Also considering my rear brake is having issues releasing my rear wheel so rolling or riding it makes a bit of a grindy noise and is...
Unless there is still snow on the ground or it's still ball shrinking cold out, anywhere between mid/late March and April 1st. I want to avoid having to buy a bus pass for April
Gotta bring it in for some TLC first though as I've been putting it off for a while and I just learned I probably...
Nope, this is going to be my 3rd season riding, no claims or tickets so far, though I did low side the bike on my 5th day of riding:crybaby:. This is my first vehicle, didn't even have a G license before even though I'm the high 30's.
