I have had one for close to two years. I also had a novosbed before that. They're both great. I found the novosbed to be more comparable to tempurpedic... Much more dense. The endy is great! Extremely comfortable. I did prefer the density of the novosbed however.... Like in the commercials...

You got it. He did have insurance... it was the insurance company that she sued but he was obviously named in the suit as well. So like I said... just something to think about. It can happen... and they CAN win. Sure the money didn't come out of his pocket, but its still a long and drawn out...

Just some food for thought... few years back a friend of mine had the same situation... they ended up going down and she sued him... SUCCESSFULLY... It was originally a $750,000 law suit... not sure what they actual settlement was though. No gear, no ride.
