This bike has been left untouched on a downtown street near my condo for more than a month now. Kinda surprised it hasn't been knocked over by a drunk leaving one of the many nearby bars by now, or one of the neighborhood addicts collecting cash from passerbys. Perhaps it is just a local condo...

Appreciate the responses. For what it is worth, I have been told this by both TD (my current car insurer) as well as state Farm. Plus the fact that statefarm is changing to desJardin on Nov 9.
