    LWT superbike @ SOAR - kicking butt ? !

Curious, is it the modern suspension on the KTM RC390 that makes it faster than your FZR400? Or does it get you in the straights? If it's better in the corners, are you allowed to upgrade/ modify the FZR suspension? Any ideal what the allowable CC limit is for 2stokes in the LWT classes?

    RACE Lightweight Prod. Class?

Sorry, that's not me. The video was posted on another forum and thought it was relevant to answer Toast's questions.

    RACE Lightweight Prod. Class?

This race... same bike as yours, was an Ape rs250. Think he's an experienced racer. You can just make it out at the start before he's long gone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrmrANRGDnU&feature=em-upload_owner

    NSR250R street legal?

These bikes are meant to be ridden to be appreciated. The longer they sit, the more chance the crank could go off. Lots of support and part out there on the www. What I've learned about two strokes (and just older bikes in general) are you need to have more than one, not to use it for primary...

What did you do to your Race/Track Bike today - 2014

Ahhh... the only thing better than a two stroke is 2 two strokes! Maybe you can get the Jolly Moto aluminium flanges machined, possibly have a grove put in for o-rings for better sealing. Somewhere like http://www.alienracing.net might be able to do it for you. Could GabrielV can give you some...

How did you fix the exhaust collar issue? Did you steal from the back up bike?

    NSR250R street legal?

Yes they are street legal. Easiest way to put one on the street - buy one that's already titled. Or you can do it the hard way and import one in. You will then need all the proper documentation (import docs, title from country of origin, bill of sale). Then you'll need a special safety, that...

The Reasonably Priced Used Motorcycles for Sale Thread

There's actually a couple of different versions of the rgv vj22 Luck Strike paint. Both pictured above. More than likely, it's recent NUAK bike that has Chinese replica fairings. Can't remember if there's an official LS paint scheme... more that likely there was, but an SP version with a dry...

    Motion Pro JIS screwdriver

Great to have JIS screw drivers around when working on older Japanese bikes. I've lost count of how many times I've buggered up Philips heads with out them.

    Motorcycle Jack Recommendations

I've used a ladder in the past to tie up the seat subframe to. It worked but not super sturdy and the ladder also got in the way at times. One of my bikes has fixed pegs on the rearsets. I'm using jack stands under the pegs to hold that one up. I've also been told that if the pegs fold up you...

    Electrical connections help

Thanks for the help guys! Managed to get it separated. The lift mechanism to release the tab wasn't really working... from the looks of the way the lock section is deformed, it has been a source of frustration in the past. After knowing that, I was able to use a small screwdriver to push the...
