I've got one of the Yamaha YSP-3050 soundbars w/powered sub (http://hometheaterreview.com/yamaha-ysp-3050-digital-sound-projector-reviewed/) in my family room... it sounds half decent/pretty good IMO but my entertainment/media room has a full surround sound system which is unreal in comparison.
