    Getting over a crash...how?

Glad you're making some progress. May I also suggest trying a different type of bike, like a standard or even going off road on a dirt bike for now.

How to Gain Confidence on a Motorcycle

@inreb: I agree that smoking was a poor analogy for acceptance and closure but only in hindsight, and after getting the same feedback from another forum. I appreciate your constructive criticism. @dino_z, @joe_bass, @macro: Thank you for your comments. I hope the video helps new riders.

    Ninja 300 Crash

If it's not for others to learn from, it's for YouTube revenue as viewers like these kinds of things. It already has 26K views in under a month. Thankfully this hasn't happened to me yet so I will learn from it.

    2014 cbr 125r

This was my first bike too and yes, it is bigger than the older 125 used in my riding school. I bought mine for $1500 I think with safety. It's a great bike to learn on.

    McLaren P1: The Widowmaker! - Top Gear - Series 21 - BBC

I love the F40. I used to have a poster of it in my garage. Yup. That's 'over 900'. Jethro Bovingdon tested both cars and the 918 did beat the P1 but after a change of tires, the P1 beat the 918 but the difference is marginal which still does not warrant all the hype.

Honda Nighthawk CB450SC for a new rider?

Wow I didn't know you could fit that bike in a van! Congrats! I haven't cleaned my carbs yet, but as Zoodles said, at low RPM's it's still hesitating, but at medium to high, it's fine.

    Floyd mayweather vs. Manny pacquiao

Gotta hand it to Floyd. He won in the punch stats and was a defensive genius. I wouldn't call it the 'fight of the century' though.

    Big ass ticket

Re: Big *** ticket @griff2: This was a good reference. To summarize, the driver was clocked doing 71 km/h on a 50 km/h street. The officer used her discretion and lowered it to 60 km/h as a motivation for the driver to settle it out of court. The driver fought the ticket but was convicted, and...

Can taxpayers sue school board for breach of contract?

Guys, my apologies. It was insensitive of me for posting this thread. I didn't mean to offend anyone or start a flame war. I already got my answer on page 1. Mods please delete or lock this thread. Thanks.

Can taxpayers sue school board for breach of contract?

Thanks, I have my answer with ZX600's reply, and the answer is "no." It looks like it's the government that has to answer to me, not the school board. Thanks for your replies.

Can taxpayers sue school board for breach of contract?

Your son may have stay an extra year to get the grades he needs. Sorry for being too simplistic, but if I hired a contractor to renovate my home, and he/she was a no-show or failed to complete the job on time, I could sue --- at least in small claims court. But just doing some googling now, it...
