I'm 5'1" with a 29" inseam. It could be a bit of a stretch cause I tippy toed mine when added bulk of riding pants.
There isn't much selection on this side of the pond for my CBR250r, so out of necessity (and tons of time to sit on a Go Train with nothing else better to do) I started searching elsewhere to find stuff for my bike.
Sure, ebay has items, but if you dig around, there are Japanese and Thai sites...

I love my cibbie 250r :). Weigh in at about 115lbs with full gear on. Height 5' 1", Inseam 29" and I'm tippy-toeing it. Not a speed demon, and it's my first season so have not pushed it yet ;). Will be purchasing a Soupy's adjustable...

Royal Distributing has a small display of them in the Whitby store. They are just before you go through to the back where the parts department is. But, I think the flea markets would be a great place to check out as well :).
