Well once again I had such a great experience with Adrian... I took my bike in for a oil change plus he adjusted my chain for me :) Adrian has such great customer service I look forward to doing more business with him. He has even informed me that they do decals :) So can wait to get one put on...

Go see Adrian @ Ace Moto Tech 641 Main Street Milton 416-471-0602 After seeing him you probably won't go anywhere else for your services on the bike.... He has a thread in here called Milton shop.. Check out the reviews, you won't find 1 bad one.. He is amazing..

Even if you go to court and get it dropped down with no points being lost it will still effect your insurance.. You can hope cop don't show up then everything gets thrown out.. Good luck..

Contact Insurance again to follow up stay on their *** about it... Either way if you are covered that should also cover the storage few especially if it's a wright off.... If I remember correctly it took them a couple weeks before going out to look at my bike.. Good Luck!
