I understand it's not proof of insurance and I'm just driving the bike to a local garage. I was wondering if you got pulled over and explained to the cop whats going on if the ownership would be enough to avoid a fine.

Why not just drive the bike to the nearest garage? Every bike I've picked up on Kijiji, I just slapped an old plate on it and got it to a garage for safety. (I may be completely missing the point of this thread though)

Hey, I saw you yesterday (Nov 5th) going southbound on Spadina on a red ninja 250 around 1:00pm-ish. You let me merge in front of you, I was on the ugly black and loud Ninja 500 street fighter. I gave you the peace sign and boogied on outta there :)

I'll be riding, but it will be to work and back :( With the time change, it will probably be dark and depressing by the time I leave work :/ Would have rode this morning but my bike just wouldn't start in the negative temps :(

Here's my 89 Kawasaki EX500. Looks like poop, but rides great. It's my second bike and I quite thoroughly enjoy it. The white fairings are coming off this winter in exchange for a single round head-light and digital speedo. Can't wait to tear it up :P

Hey folks. Just signed up to this forum and wish I did at the start of the season :P This has been my second season riding so I'm still a bit green and always learning :D This season I made the switch from my trusy ole' Suzuki GZ250 to a Kawasaki EX500. Love both bikes but am really happy with...
