I do all my large hauls with my bike (93 1200 sportster). I pull a small homemade trailer, and if I take the top off it, I can easily put just about anything in/on the trailer. I did 2 4'x8' sheets last year, no problem. One day I'll get around to putting a hitch on the SUV.
I dunno...When we moved My insurance stayed the same but my Son had a significant decrease, my Daughter had an increase, and my Wife had a slight decrease???? All different companies...

I know that if you go to insure a car, and have had a bike insured for 30 years, they do not consider the fact that you have had insurance for 30 years on the bike. they only look at car insurance, and they want to classify me as a "new driver" 'cause I have not insured a car for a certain...
What area was your bike stolen from> So sorry for your loss. Bike thieves should be beaten up, and let loose so that they can be beaten up again, hangin' is too good for them.
I used to put a waffle maker under my bike for 40-50 minutes with the cover still on the bike in cold weather to warm it up, I did not want to wake the whole apt. building up at 5:00 am warming up my bike, have also used hair dryers and heat guns. Warms the seat up a bit too.
Just be warned that the wheels add some height to the stand. Just in case that is an issue. I had to take the wheels off my Black Jack to get it under my lowered Sportster.
I bought my Rok Straps at Zellers in Center Point Mall. They were the ones with the hooks, not the loops. Can't remember how much, but they were definetly cheap 'cause I'm cheap.
