I got popped with one in the early '90's . Cop had a radar detector detector, unfreakin believable. $130 fine and unit was confiscated. I had it nicely set up to go from car to bike. If your gonna get one you may as well get a good one. I think the one I had would go off from automatic opening...

I recall hearing that the grease they come with is the next best thing to petroleum jelly. I would think that you could get half decent replacement bearings from Princess Auto.

Dropped cable 2 months ago. We have a indoor antenna upstairs and get about 4 english channels. Downstairs my son set up playstation 3 which we get netflix from. Also have cd players for both tv's. I knew I would not miss cable.

That will leave a lot of vapors in the garage. You may want to leave a door or window open.
