What about the height? I have my seat set high and have a 32" inseam, and I am on my toes at stops. The GSA is at least an inch higher, it must be challenging at lights. Still, I am loving the look more and more. R

I'm still not convinced. The more I get accustomed to the plain GS, the more I ride it like a hooligan bike. I just cannot see riding the water buffalo like that. Of course, maybe I should just grow up a bit?

I really wanted a K bike back in the day. Then my kids were born and I stopped riding for 15 years. They still look really fine to me. Many may of them are still daily driver racking up the miles. If I found one I really liked, and it had a reasonable service history, I'd pick one up.

I love the Adventure, and wish I had one, but feel that for an everyday rider it would just be too much.

If you guys don't stop talking about your S1000RRs, my wife is going to end up very angry with me.

R1200S is a really nice bike, but that HP2 sport really makes me sweat.

This is my second BMW. A great all-round machine, you can go down forest roads, or put in 1200KM days, as I did to get to Myrtle Beach in October, below. It looks kinda like a pile of angles, but they all work together to be a superb machine. And that big boxer is a treat.

I went over the lake just before the August Long weekend in 09. I'll tell you, riding in either side of Wawa in the early hours of the day was spectacular. Well worth doing.

A fuzzy mohawk stuck on does not negate that law. Go ahead and put the thing back on if you like it. The chance of the same cop catching you again is very slim. He just didn't like the thing and was making arbitrary judgments.
