Here's the actual crash:

The woman driver drove straight into a 7-11 employee, sending him through the store window...
Ahh, yes, everyone thinks they are an excellent driver. Especially the ones who can barely speak the language.
As for people who go on vacation to other countries and rent a car or motorcycle, the key word is that they are on vacation. Whereas your father moved to Canada to live here.
Anybody know where I can get the Yoshimura Fender Eliminator Kit for a 2010 Suzuki GSX-R 600 in Canada? Blue Streak's website doesn't have one. Can't seem to find it on GP Bikes or RD's site either. Would like to get it here instead of ordering it from a US site.
WTF? You're saying it's her fault but yet she shouldn't be charged with anything?
She caused the accident by not making sure the roadway was clear before making a left turn. So what if pedestrians were crossing in front of her, it's her responsibility to make sure she could make the left turn...
LOL, definitely not a plant.
The OP just went on and on about US pricing compared to Canadian pricing, how they have it much better blah blah. Just reminded me of someone whose parents came over from another country but once they got here, whined about everything here - how they hate it here...
OP, move to the US if you feel they offer better prices for insurance and pampers diapers. I hate people who ***** and complain but sit back and do nothing.
So your insurance has increased by around $20 every year over 7 years? And your whining about that because....?
So went out riding around 8 pm last night. Rode around Mississauga for a bit and then went on the 401. Came home and saw that my licence plate was gone. Went back out to try and retrace my route, didn't bother going back on the 401.
Had to call Peel Region cops to report it lost. What a pain...
That list basically describes most, if not all, sportbikes. Not just pertaining to the GSX-R.
As for the "reputation of riders", this can be attributed to the fact that the Gixxer sells the most of the big 4 Japanese bikes, therefore there are more on the road. Resulting in more dbags riding them.
Sorry to hear about your bike.
You can never prevent bike thefts, they're going to happen no matter what. The best way is to make it harder for them to steal. Disc lock along with a good, sturdy chain or two. Maybe even buying a GoPro and hooking it up discreetly on the wall next to your bike...
+1
If you're riding in the middle lane, you don't have anywhere to go if there's an emergency and the lanes on both sides are full of cars. But if you ride in the right or left lane (left lane for passing only, remember that kids), you have the shoulder as an out in case some ****** does...
I wasn't driving. My girlfriend and I were walking in those area. Left the car in a parking lot on Woodward.
Every city has good and bad areas. I'm sure some guys would probably be eyeing your new pickup truck in Toronto as well if you happened to stop off late at night at Jane and Finch.
Just because nobody is behind you in the passing lane doesn't mean you should keep driving in it. It's called the passing lane for a reason. Use it to pass slower traffic, them move back over to the right lane.
My '10 GSX-R 600 owner's manual recommends 10W-40 and 87 octane. Putting in premium when the manufacturer recommends regular is just throwing your money away.
I venture to Detroit frequently. Unless you're doing something illegal, it's a pretty safe city. Been on Cass Ave, Highland Park, Hamtramck, etc. at night, no problem whatsoever. As long as you're not looking for trouble.
