Nearly hit a guy myself today. Was on Lawrence going 65 and some guy just darted out in front of me without even looking. He was walking against the lights- of course. I barely managed to avoid him. Gws rider and ped, hope both are going to be ok.

I know the feeling man. Lately I've been lucky. But last month before my accident I went out and it was beautiful. After I got my gear on and hopped on the bike the garage door opens to reveal a thunderstorm. Fml.

Sadly, sometimes it is the best people that we lose far too early. Another young woman was responsible for one of my best friends two years ago. Burying a friend is never something you want to do. He was a great guy also- reliable and a hard worker. He didn't have a chance as his car was t-boned...
