I am very close to getting the CBR250RA the price point is good for me at the moment so, the 500 would be better, but for now ill be happy with it for longer then then the bike im on. I hope!

Welcome, I am on a CBR125R i am loving it but after a couple of months i want to go bigger! Its doing what i wanted it for but...

I dont have the owners manual but from what see its 476lb we would be under that with a great loss in power, but like I said it will be 95% me on it.

Shane i am thinking my next bike will be a CBR250 or posablly the CBR500 did you find there was enough power to ride 2up on the 250 or did you give it a try?
