Thanks Mr.Azim, i'll check it when I get home. When i looked at it during the course, it seemed to be the hard foam in the helmet, that which provides the protection. Like I said, i'll take a closer look when i get home.

Hey everyone, I'm a lazy middle age man who finally decided to get his motorcycle license, next weekend is my course and hopefully an M2. I'll start off small next season (Ninja 250 or CBR 250) then build up to a larger bike. Good to be in this community. Happy and safe riding to all.
