i wouldnt worry about it. take the key incase you need to move it for whatever reason. park the bike. throw a cover on it and call it a winter. i have left my bikes in my friends garage over winter months....no problems. ownerships and legalities really shouldnt need to be thought about...

you will get used to it. you will adapt and wont even notice after a while. nice bike though.....a fav of mine.

try wearing bigger shoes. shoes that make you taller. sounds like you are able to touch.....just not firmly. worth a shot maybe? the last thing you want to do is alter the bike.

always? i dont know about always. 2up always sucks just a little bit when compared to solo...... no matter how small or light the person is.....no matter how "good" the passenger is. riding solo lets you do things...move freely....and ride differently. riding 2up means you have another...
