Don't park on the street. The only place you can park safely is either your office or rent from someone who lives in a condo nearby, you can usually find these listings in the bulletin board in the lobby. But you have to find someone who is willing to rent to you because you are not a resident...

I think most of them requires M to test supersport?

Went both here and KC Friday afternoon, a bunch of people were gathering around, at least 10+ bikes at both locations. There will always be people here when it's warm, but temp dips in the evening thats when people started leaving. My guess is at least May we will see more of them coming at night.

BTW I went last Tuesday, weather was cold nobody else shown up, but I can confirm they still have the free drink deal, I got a nice bottle of evian water for free :)
