Tis an Allstate Compact. Manual on one page sez put the clip in the needle's 3rd groove from the top. If I do this it will blow lotza smoke, turn the plug black, and it don't go too fast even downhill with a hurricane on yur tail. Manual on another page sez 2nd groove which doesn't blow too much...
