Is there a certain type of fuel stabilizer that is recommended over others? How much of it should be used? Also, which battery tender is best? Can I just pick one up from crappy tire? Thanks for the input.

You'll roast in anything riding in the city in 30C weather. I wore mine all day today on a 350km ride, a good 25C degrees this afternoon, I didn't sweat at all, granted I was not city riding.
