What about the question: "Have you had your license suspended in the past three years?" on the quote forms? Something I just have to call in over?
I'm actually appealing the ticket itself to get rid of this suspension.
So because I received both tickets at the same time and paid one of them (where the other one didn't go through) the court said they'd likely remove the suspension from my record and put in a request for a refund of the $150 (which I may or may not get).
I say likely because I went downtown and...
I'm with State Farm and very happy with them (27, M2; they were by far the cheapest). So as long as I don't change it'll be okay?
I used to be thankful that people were covered with a good minimum level of insurance. But potentially being penalized thousands of dollars over an administrative...
I just got a notice in the mail about my license being suspended. I thought I paid a ticket but it didn't go through. I just paid it now and I have to go to pay the reinstatement fee tomorrow. I didn't worry about it because you used to just pay your fees when renewing your license.
I don't...
I'm about 3 hours from Tampa now and I've learned something: take four or five full days to get down in order to really enjoy and relax and see things. I did it in 3.5 days and I'm wishing that I took an extra one.
OP, some of us are just giving you a ribbing because the Forks is probably the most famous motorcycling road in the GTA. :)
There are also some awesome roads a few hours northeast of Toronto; check out the Muskoka and Kawartha Lakes region on Google Maps. And for awesome overnight trips check...
I took my mom for a ride on the bike a few months after I got it. She saw that it wasn't nearly as dangerous as she imagined and she also saw how well I rode (though I was obviously going easy, haha). So she still worries a bit now but not as much as she did before the ride.
Increasing population density is a good thing. More people in an area = more and cheaper public transit, (for them to commute to work), less cars on the road (since they'll be commuting via public transit). Ideally they'd be building office space nearby as well.
And for those who have to drive...
And were STILL building low-density suburbs in Markham, Oakville, Brampton, and everywhere else! And not putting in offices and commercial space nearby.
Keep in mind that insuring the bike only for the rideable months won't make much difference in your premium. If you register for insurance now and cancel in November you'll probably have to pay a big cancellation fee (not really a fee, just that they weight months based on how much people ride).
