Drive Right. (GTFO of the left lane.)

The point is that it's harmful and dangerous because left lane driving creates traffic "boxes" where other drivers have nowhere to maneuver, and people end up using their brakes on the highway instead of passing, which causes backups and jams. It's the cause of most other problems.

Drive Right. (GTFO of the left lane.)

Maybe what I really need is a bar mounted loudspeaker hooked up to an intercom headset, and an mp3 of Ride of the Valkyries to play on a loop between hollering at people. Yes, that's exactly what I need.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V92OBNsQgxU

Drive Right. (GTFO of the left lane.)

Being a gentleman is a matter of means and capability. If you don't have a bit of steel about you, you're just polite. ;)

Drive Right. (GTFO of the left lane.)

Just a quick rant here. Please tell your families. Please tell everyone you know that if they drive in the passing lane, they are a Dog Fxcker. Please tell them that when they are on the highway: 1. No matter how fast you think you are going in the left lane, you are always in our way when we...

    Watch out for this guy....

Sounds lame, but defaming him on the internet? That's just crazy chick behaviour. In short, avoid.

Law Enforcement - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.....

Re: What Do The OPP Love More Than Sportbikes? Nothing says you are uninsurable, unemployed, unlicenced, uncreditworthy, undocumented, and involved in something illegal like an eBike. They are po'-mobiles.

    Standup wheelie down the 403.

This guy was putting people at risk? This guy with like 50m in front of him, a clear lane beside him, going in a straight line on a vehicle that has half the stopping distance and twice the maneuverability of anything else on the road? Compared to the stupid, lazy people who sit in the passing...

Swiss golfer severely injures rider while drunk, flees country

It would be a false comparison if I were actually saying it was morally right to flee "bad" or "unfair" laws. My intent was to characterize the universal approach of people volunteering to do time, even when there are viable outs, as a lie we tell children. My original point was that even...

Swiss golfer severely injures rider while drunk, flees country

The adult world is more complicated than what we explain to nine year olds. Someone using the logic in your post would also accept the death penalty for drug residue on your luggage in asia, beheading for blasphemy in the middle east, or death for being gay in africa.

Swiss golfer severely injures rider while drunk, flees country

I completely sympathize with the rider in this case. Those are some nasty injuries and he's lucky to be alive. In terms of the woman who did it, ask yourself if you would want to take your chances with the U.S. justice system, or whether you would exercise your "out," if it were citizenship in...

    Headset radio range question.

The Scala ones seem to have small talk groups of 2-8. Is there an intercom system in use that just uses CB or VHF channels like marine comms? I know you need a license for marine communications, but they have a general talk channel, then carry on 1-1 conversations on one of 16 open channels...

    Headset radio range question.

For those of you who use use of radio headsets, what is the effective range for groups? Is there an open channel riders use to advise of local road...conditions?

A little love for Town Moto

Nice. Town Moto really is a gem. Funny how the article said that Belstaff is responsible for the resurgence in interest in bikes. They had a few nice pieces in their history, but unreliable sales channels, tons of knock-offs, and pretentious pricing made them unattractive. They appear to have...

questions about RADAR detectrors and what do the police use?

The video I have seen of the new cruiser mounted systems has cameras, integrated computer vision, simultaneous multi-car tracking, automatic license plate readers, and it is basically a rolling spy platform. Just wait until they start deploying quad-copter drones to fine people. If you are in...

    ACE Cafe Toronto???

Who's behind it? Hard to make it a business since you need to sell booze to make money in a restaurant business. If they bought an old garage that had pumps, then built a good cafe into it, there might be some hope.

So my sister wants a bike...

I've seen a few HDs that I like as well. Nightster, the xr1200 etc, but I like them because they don't look like HDs. It's a personal taste thing. There are some Harleys that are just beautiful examples of what they are, and I can appreciate them even if they aren't my style. Anyway, ribbing...

So my sister wants a bike...

Nice bike, but the sportster is still the Harley Z4. You just have to be extra cool (or a chick) to pull it off.
