I don't wash mine often but when I have I put them in a delicates wash bag I saw my wife using. Wash on delicate in my front load. Then hang dry. I then follow up with a leather conditioner or something with lanolin after they dry.

I believe the industry standard is you want to be somewhere under either it was 2 or 3% difference in distance covered per rotation, or number of rotations per mile as opposed to one made on diameter.

Indeed, for the exact same width, profile and rim size, from two different sets of tires, the rotations/mile can differ quite a lot, again why with AWD cars they recommend replacing all 4 as a set.

I would start by making sure all 4 wheels are balanced. Generally tires are recommended to be replaced as a set on AWD cars like this because the more worn tire will likely have a smaller rolling diameter, and will require wheels to roll at differing rotation speeds to be at the same vehicle...
