    Recommendations for a 600cc sportbike

Availability and high costs make this a fairly rare bike in the GTA. But I've read in other forums that you don't see a used one for sale too often in the US either. Maybe it shows how much people love this bike... or crash them beyond repair...

    Recommendations for a 600cc sportbike

I recommend the Street Triple R too because that's what I'm planning to get! I did some pricing and you can easily save an extra $2,000 buying this bike in the US. Ontario Triumph dealers don't want to deal. Or will knock off a very low amount like $200. Quebec is better and you can save at...

    Importing from Quebec to Ontario

I made a thread in the Cruiser forum as I was thinking about a cruiser as my next bike, but as I tried some out, I found that it really wasn't for me. Especially since I do a ton of city riding and prefer something that's quick a nibble to avoid the crazy cabbies (among other cagers) in...

    I Saw You: V.2.0

That's the thing. I wouldn't doubt somebody not knowing lane position if they were always on the right side (left or middle) regardless of lane. But she was doing the exact opposite of what you're supposed to do.

    Toronto : Then and Now

Some advancements suck... Half that road now is no parking. Unfortunately, I see someone parking their motorcycle in the wrong spot all the time. Very cool pics!

    I Saw You: V.2.0

To the girl on the Ninja going up Kipling at around 7:45pm last night. The road goes from 60km/h to 50km/h, but everyone still does 70km/h. Cops love to hand out easy tickets there, so watch your speed. Also do you have any idea about lane positioning? You were on the left side in the left...

Helmets for people with giant melon heads (like me)?

Pfft... I've never been able to fit my head in an L. XXL for me... makes trying on helmets REALLY tough as only the huge stores with large inventory have more than one XXL to try on.

Yamaha Demo Tour @ Brampton PowerSports Aug 13

I wanted to test out the FZ8... but I guess my M2 is no good. Stryker isn't a sport bike and it isn't PowerSport Demo Model either... does that mean an M2 is good enough?

Hell just froze. Heading to Harley-Davidson dealership tonight.

Congrats! I may follow in your footsteps... in a few months.

    What the...

I meant compared to the price (just didn't type it)... Maybe the added fairings are solid gold and painted matte grey.

    What the...

In the ad it says: Make Suzuki Model GSX-R Year 2002 Kilometers 25000 Engine Displacement (cc) 1000 Colour Grey 10 year old bike with 25,000KM... yikes!

School from your M2 to M

I'm not too concerned with passing, but I do know I have picked up bad habits. Like dragging my foot in stop and go traffic. This is why I'm going to take the course for my M2X. I coulde just stop doing that, but all the tidbits of info from the instructors will help me be a better rider in the...

:D Suzuki Demo Tour Hit or Miss?

Overall the day was dissapointing for me as I didn't test out any bikes. It was well organized, but there just wasn't enough runs to keep up with demand. I agree with everyone who posted so far. I went to the Harley demo ride and they pretty much covered all the points. They had some doubles...

Suzuki Demo Ride @ Brampton Powersports - July 16, 2011

Crazy busy is right. Rides are an hour apart and a lot of people showed up. I got in line around 9:10am and the earliest time I could get was 2:00pm (for what I wanted to try out). I didn't feel like waiting that long, so I just left.

Hell just froze. Heading to Harley-Davidson dealership tonight.

This is why I made my thread about wanting to move from a sport bike to a cruiser in the other forum.... I knew I was going to get blasted!

    Upgrading from sport to cruiser

I gave the guy in front of me lots of space because he just got his M2... But he rode perfectly. I totally expect a bunch of morons to show up at the Suzuki demo ride. I changed the title... happy? lol. I actaully did ride a scooter last year... and got mocked! I was doing a friend a favour...

    Upgrading from sport to cruiser

Honestly, I hate the way the GS500F looks... but other than the looks, I do like everything else about the GSX650F. Maybe, I'll see if I can get on it on the Suzuki Demo ride next week. There are at least 2 bikes, I want to try out, GSX650 and M90. Speaking of demo rides, I went to the HD...

    I Saw You: V.2.0

Dunno which one of you pink mohawks it was, but two chicks blew by me on 401 west bound. I was just putting home from a very long day of riding.. I was riding since 8am otherwise, I wouldn't have been passable as easily!

    Thank you Witnesses!!!

That sucks to hear what happened, but fortunate that you have witnesses. The one thing I hate more than anything in the world are people who can't take responsibility for their actions. Though my view may be a little skewed as I was the victim of a hit and run.
