He has been found guilty of attempted murder for the second set of 6 shots he fired after the initial 3 shots were fired. His fault or the training, it must be a bit demoralizing for all the good cops out there. They spend so much time building trust with the communities.
Yes they do, I got G1 in 1997 and just obtained the history that contained all dates whenever a change to the DL was made like G1 to G2 to G to M1, M2, M etc.
However, I am not sure about tickets but I am sure there is a record of everything somewhere that someone can access if need to.
Why would you buy at end of a season and sell it at the start of the season? You plan to ride it indoors somewhere during winter?
Am I missing something?
Regardless of the outcome of the trial, he isn't likely to climb any ranks at work for rest of his life...He is one trigger happy cop who couldn't stop firing even when the guy was on the floor, that's a fact.
Do you pay monthly or yearly for your bike insurance?
The reason it's less in winter because insurance companies know people don't ride in the winter and that's the reason why people keep the insurance throughout the year, you are basically paying for fire/theft during those months.
If...
That proves that the unit can measure distance between stationary objects and can tell if the target is moving or not.
Doesn't there need to be some sort of regular test to confirm that the unit can accurately measure speed of a moving object?
Speed measuring Test = 60m Zero Velocity Test?
I thought speed measuring test would be something like asking someone to drive at 60km/h and confirming that speed using the LIDAR unit but I guess I could be wrong.
I don't see any notes in the screenshots, nothing related to any conversation that took place etc. I guess what provided is all that he recorded about the whole interaction.
Unless this is standard and they bring additional notes to the trial but I don't think then they provided full disclosure.
I have not been in court but I am assuming as part of the prep You would prepare yourself ahead to time and do the research about how often the calibration/maintenance is required vs just the daily self test and answer accordingly when you get and answer
It's is highly unlikely someone else produced the notes than the offices involved...only they would have known the specific that are in the notes, someone else may have typed them up. (Translated from written to typed)
I am assuming that the Judge's statement has to be based on some sort of fact/document (based expert testimony based on analysis or based on maintenance/calibration records)....It cannot be his opinion.
We? Are/were you a cop?
Was there any requirement of regularly testing to see if the speed shown by the device is same as the actual speed of the target? (Not the same as measuring distance between two fixed points)
It looks like the LIDAR was tested to ensure it measures distance correctly but I don't see anywhere about when it was last tested to ensure it measures speed accurately.
That may not be done in a daily basis but I am certain that needs to be done as part of regular maintenance.
Maybe it's...
Aug is too far out, rep will not know and will not say something that may or may not be true later on. Call 2 months before renewal and they should know.
