With shops out there having the balls to charge $6000 for motor re-builds or forgetting seals,Can you blame them?
I think it's less knowing how to wrench and more knowing how to tighten bolts before rides new owners need to learn.
Not only that but finding out they now need to invest in not...

No where in my post did i say the 850 wasn't a "more relaxed less stressed motor than the 750"
but if you want to start pricing out parts then stick with the 750
850=$$$

I hate hearing/reading story's of people getting scammed,Paying to much for work not done,Motors blowing ect
unfortunately i can count on one hand (yes i can count that high) of shops in the city worth giving business to because fly by night shops that care more about...
Got to motorcycle salvage yard
Buy old beat up cheap frame with papers
Cut Frame tube with VIN stamped
Add tube to home built frame
Grind welds smooth and paint
Register Bike

And you had to carry a Huge ticket to get on Rides
No fancy wrist Stamps back then
