    Wynne is still punishing us...

I'm certainly not a rich person but have been able to take advantage of the TFSA. I've had to make sacrifices to do that but it will go to my kids education and their future. As the old saying goes I could easily have spent that money on "gambling, alcohol and wild women, and just squandered the...

    Wynne is still punishing us...

I really don't believe people will go to jail. All will be forgiven and in fact most of the liberal cabinet probably already are back sucking at the public teat. As an example Eric Hoskins is now chairing a newly created Federal Pharmacare Committee. Doesn't matter that when my mother broke...

    Ninja 300 swinging arm dimensions

Thanks. Very helpful. I was in the US this week and for some reason GTAM gets blocked by a lot of ISP's because of a "security risk". It was even blocked in the Air Canada Lounge. I couldn't reply I have a RZ350 frame with a FZ600 swingarm that's been lying in the garage for a few years...

    Ninja 300 swinging arm dimensions

This may be a bit of a long shot but does anyone know or could measure the distance between the swing arm legs at the rear axle? I believe the 250 is also the same size Thanks in advance...

Helmet Exemption Coming for Sikh Motorcyclists in Ontario

A friend I raced with when I was a member of Westwood wore a Patka under his helmet. It’s a small piece of cloth that looks a little like a doo rag... No offence to any Sikh’s. He said it fulfillled all the tenants of his religion and still allowed him to be protected. To each their own I...

    Harley Davidson Adventure Motorcycle

I have a R1200GS and agree. I rented a 800 in Las Vegas during CES last year and spent a day in the desert. Way better that the 1200 for off road 95% of my riding on the 1200 is blacktop. I think this is the market for the Harley

    Carb Setup on Dyno

My son is building a CB350 and has a 2:1 with a bung already welded in. I might keep it until he is done, but its definitely something worth while having

    Carb Setup on Dyno

    Carb Setup on Dyno

OK. Went up a jet size and its around 12.7 under WOT. I don't thing it made a big difference on the Seat of the Pants Dyno but its close to your recommendations. Thanks for the input

    Carb Setup on Dyno

Brian. This one is a GPZ550 D1. It’s the 1981 twin shock. They only made them for 1 year and they didn’t have the CAS. I am running the head from a 1983 as I need the bigger carb boots and inlets for the 26mm carbs - the 81 only had little TK22’s - but the 81 valve cover has a casting that...

BTW. A big shout out to Winners Circle. They had all the Jets in stock and were very helpful

    Carb Setup on Dyno

Ah OK. Thanks Johnnnw. I'm at around 13.8 at WOT. I'll go up a jet size and try it again. I can also try to drop the clip one notch as its also around 13.8 between 1/2 and 3/4 throttle and see if that makes a difference. Its 14.2 on idle but I can't be bothered taking the carbs off to change...

I have no idea where you are from (I would assume Scotland given you Avatar) but I would consider it ,at the very very least, to be in "Very Bad Taste" if I told you to leave Canada because you were an Immigrant. I would ask that you extend me the same courtesy.

    Carb Setup on Dyno

So I took GreyGhost's advice and bought a Wideband 02 sensor and gauge. I ended up with a AEM 30-4110 based on the reviews it got. I also bit the bullet and had a bung welded into the exhaust right at the collector. It definitely simplifies things a great deal and the initial settings were all...

Why would I have a problem with Immigrants? My wife is an immigrant from Cuba. My kids are proud of their Cuban Heritage. My Father in Law thanked god every day of his life he got out and was accepted by Canada, right up until the day he died. It seems as though you have a problem with legal...

I do have some guns. I have a set of Purdey's that belonged to my Grandfather, I have a Browning Citori shotgun, and I have a Winchester Model 70. I do hunt and have hunted since I was in my early teens I was also born here, in Toronto General and grew up in Willowdale. I'm sorry, but why...

I think all the the discussion and brouhaha about gun control will be a moot point fairly soon. Just download and print your own gun on a 3D printer. Its untraceable and no background check is required...
