So me and a buddy got pulled over this week in Niagara Falls... going a little too quickly down River Rd and I didn't see the motorcycle cop right behind us.... so, flashing lights turned on, and I instinctively pulled over, as did my pal. Long story short, they let us go with a warning and...

Little tip for those who don't know - when taking Ridge Rd Eastbound and you get to the end where you have to turn left or right - go left, then take a quick right down the next street - that will lead you to even more twisty roads!

Technically the Police need to be behind you with at least their lights on before you are obligated to pull over, if they can't catch up to do that...then are you really trying to evade? :D

Fight or flight... it's human nature. The one time the lights came on behind me I pulled over, cop was nice, told me to slow down... let me go. I wasn't doing anything crazy, but I was ripping through the gears on a city street, maybe going a little too fast... :D

Almost died on the 406 today, that was fun. Lady in a minivan just drifts into the far left lane as I'm passing her.... halfway in my lane and I'm right beside her while going around a curve, so awesome!

You'll be fine, just don't do an extended cruise, don't crash, and make sure it's insured, since that's the big fine. No plates/no sticker is something like a $130 fine last time I got that...but it was quite a few years ago. :D

I have a ContourHD - I love it. Audio sucks though - just picks up wind.

I have enough parts to put an engine back together, now I just need to find the time... I have a whole spare bottom end, and a bunch of other parts that I gave to my brother in law before it blew up that I may need to get back now... lol But she'll be road worthy again one day. Maybe next...

Thanks man, was glad I wasn't on the highway or something when it happened. Engine started making a crazy sound just before it blew so it was kind of a warning, probably should have pulled over but even still I think it was inevitable with how hard I rode that beotch. :D

Well, the engine in my 86 FZ600 blew a 4 inch hole in it... Looks like something seized up on the almost 30 year old motor and BAM, blew while I was riding, luckily I was going slow enough that I safely pulled into a parking lot, with a lot of smoke and oil everywhere.... I just about cried...
