And what's with all the low ballers responding with "cash in hand"? Is that supposed to impress me? Did they think I was going to offer financing? Did they think I was going to trade for their old Duplo set?
And another thing, if someone offers a part for free to help you out (I'm not...

2006-2007 GSX-R750 instrument cluster, will fit the 600 as well, just with a different redline on the face. Minor blemishes on the face as seen in photo, good race spare. $150.

A good deed never goes unpunished. Dave, I too have been burned by this a number of times. This is the reason I'm slowly becoming a bit of an a-hole withy my tools and spares, I only make exceptions for friends.
Oh, and to stay on topic....Honda or Yamaha inverters and pit bikes are the only...
Not a very nice thing to say about an individual who busts his butt trying to give us a venue to partake in our sport. This is not Chris' day job, he can pack it up at any time. I have personally seen Chris run an entire weekend with only one technical volunteer (not counting marshals). That...
The Milbar pliers are phenomenal. As an alternative Z1 Cycle sells pliers which fall between the cheap $19.99 pliers and the $110-$170 Milbars and Bluepoints in price and quality.
Why not consider a PC5? Better resolution when it comes to mapping than Bazzaz or even the race kit ECU. Better quality cabling and design than the Bazzaz as well.
I like using OEM fasteners on race glass. The shouldered bolts help the glass last longer and they are less likely to vibrate lose. It's hard to find Ti bolts with various shoulder lengths.
Rob, did you race the 750 or 600? They have very different primary drive ratios.
Ken, I think 16/44 would work very well for 2000-2003 750, you may want to go up to a 16/45 but not much higher for shanny.
So you received a free crew pass as I said, and paid $50 for additional crew pass, all additional passes would have been another $50 each. Unfortunately that doesn't make them $25 each, but I wish you were right.
I think you're thinking of RACE, not CSBK. Every CSBK entrant receives a free crew pass for the weekend, all additional crew passes are an extra $45-60 depending on the track.
I somewhat of agree with Serialize. CSBK allows every entrant a crew pass for the weekend. Why can't we have something similar with the regionals? Maybe we can buy one or two crew passes with our annual license. I know some racers will happily pay an additional $25-50 on top of their license...
Every CSBK entry gets a free crew pass, every series should do this. At the very least we should be able to purchase a discounted crew pass with our annual license.
Alpinestars has a boot resoling service at their California facility. I had my SMX-Plus boots resoled there about 3 years ago and they came back with brand new soles. I held them up against my brand new boots and could not tell the difference. Their turn around is rather quick and the price...
