I'm curious if anyone has discovered a tank bag whose map pocket works with devices using capacitive touch screens? Seems like an iPad could make for a handy GPS unit if the touchscreen was able to work properly through the material of the map pocket.
If no one makes a tank bag with this sort...
A huge majority of motorcycles on the market come with a pillion seat from the factory.
For that matter, where exactly are you expecting the passenger to sit without one?
I use either or both depending on the situation and circumstances - anything else seems absurd. Sometimes one makes sense, sometimes the other, and sometimes you need both, depending on where and how you're riding.
In normal traffic situations I usually give two quick flashes before a full...
For the first time, I tried to go to my dentist on my bike instead of on the TTC. My dentist is in a super busy area of town, so what ended up happening? I spend 30 minutes looking for legal parking before giving up and parking behind the building in a corner of the staff lot and was too late to...
I have to admit I find some of the commentary here not very useful: Of course you should learn to do a good amount of your own maintenance, but that's not really what the OP asked about. Sometimes ****'s just plain broken and needs professional attention...
Wow, that sounds absurd to me. Why would you do that, is there something wrong with not driving cars? I've never driven a car and never plan to, and I'm sure I'm not the only rider on these forums who just rides bikes and doesn't drive cars. I can't begin to understand why you'd support such a...
I bought one off the shelf at Snow City a couple of months ago. They only had the 110 db models on the shelf, the 120 db ones would have taken them a couple of days to get in from the warehouse.
Probably cheaper online (haven't compared), but maybe you'd rather get one right away.
DID the police see it happen? The OP says he got the ticket while "stunt driving while in a group" and that "some got away some didn't". Maybe the cops tried to flag down the group and some pulled over, some fled? Later, back at the station they go over camera footage from the car and run the...
halsam, this is a well known issue with the Suzuki GS500. It is a fuel starvation problem related to the petcock. If you go over to the GSTwins message board and search for 'fuel starvation' you'll find dozens of posts on this exact topic as it relates to your bike.
Long term fix: Replace...
Hey guys,
I just took another glance at the HTA and a thought came to mind: HTA 172 specifically applies to 'motor vehicles', and e-bikes are specifically designated as bicycles and excluded from being classed as 'motor vehicles'.
It seems to me like you could stunt on an e-bike with relative...
