That's true I hve experienced the same by putting 87grade gas in turbo 2.0L engines and noticed significant change in engine response and turbo lag. Plus 87grade gas gave me less mileage than 91grade.

I don't feel like takin it back to them anymore, obviously they don't know this bike...

It is louder overall, it wasn't as loud before. It just had a valve clearance check recently at 25k km, the mech said it was fine so valves weren't touched, only replaced new spark plugs (which are now covered in carbon at the tip). Cam chain tensioner was replaced cuz it was making noise...

Yea i gotta call them back Ive checked both the plugs, and air box, they are all fine

109 Cycle did my valve clearance check and they told me they're all fine, no adjustments needed... No engine warning lights I guess i could change the plugs myself again and see what happens or i gotta go back to them again...

Hi everyone My 2006 zx636 is getting really nad mileage right now after it had a valve clearance check and spark plug replacement with new ones. the valves were fine, but the bike sounds louder than before and im only getting no more than 150km on 13L, where i used to get 200km+ easily...

I just went to them for the first time a couple of weeks ago, did a tune up including cam chain tensioner replacement, valve clearance check, and rear tire. They I did a great job, very good and responsible service.
