Just to add, a comparable Lennox or Carrier would have been almost $3g's. The original furnace was a Lennox and it made it 17 years before crapping out. The Goodman has a 10 year warranty and the Lennox was 12 or 15 so not a whole lot better.

Is it possible that when you tried to boost it you mixed up the cables? Once you let that smoke out of an electronic part it's really tough to get it back in.

As you are a new rider and new to GTAM let me give you some important advice when it comes to safety gear. Get yourself a good sturdy pair of shin guards, preferably spiked. Your going to need them for all the leg humping your about to get. .. And have fun riding.
