This is not true. 30 day suspension comes automatically regardless of license class. I know individuals convicted with decades of G class and got the 30 day suspension. and saying "usually plead guilty to lesser offence" doesn't change anything since that's not a guarantee. and...

I dont' condone it running. i think it's dangerous and stupid, not worth risking your life. but here in Ontario with HTA 172, the ticket is in actuality a guilty until proven innocent scenario. 7 day license suspension on the spot + towing + impound fees + legal fees and + cost to get home...
