Yeah I've found 720 to be the best compromise between space/quality. 720 @ 60FPS is pretty wicked if you have the software to slow it down that much but if not then your just using up the same amount of data if you were to go 1080. 720 @ 30FPS is plenty IMO.
I used a sticky mount on the bottom of the windscreen and can mount the camera facing forward or facing me. Don't really get the cockpit view but still serves its purpose to record the scenery. The rest of the time I use the suction cup, luckily with the 03 ZX6R theres a good flat spot just in...
Yeah I thought that was pretty cool too. Was using the non waterproof case so it picks up a bit more audio. I had one hell of a contraption on the front of the bike to get that angle (used most the attachments from the motorsports kit). Actually mounted the camera upside down and had to flip the...
Just about to report the same thing too:
"Hello
I am contacting you regarding your wanted advert, How you still
interested in buying this item.. I have it still in good working
condition and in perfect order. Good price is accepted, if you are
interested in buying from me. Let me know your...
The undertail facing tire is really cool, I've never seen that angle before. Suck's that you can't really see much of the track layout from that view but still cool none the less. I'd recommend on the angle from the front of bike facing your right leg/rear brake, to try and move the camera more...
I may do a day during the labour day weekend depending on how the collar bone feels. Thursdays are tough for me to get time off from work. Good luck on the 8th though!
Let me know if you or someone you know has an extra or are trying to sell a 03/04 ZX6R Tank. Don't care what colour, just for a track bike. PM or email jwinechuk at hotmail dot com
1. The bike came with a set of metzler track tires on it looks like there is still lots of meat on them would they be okay to used a 2nd time at the track and what pressure would i want to set them at? Check how old the tires are. Since you may not know how, google it. Typically if you have to...
That damn turn 6! Got me too last track day, which was also my second day:

Glad your alright! As someone else mentioned too, pick up some armor shorts. I've got Knox shorts that cover the hip and tailbone, not a bruise or sore...
TMP would be the people to call. They should be able to give you an idea of how its booking up.
Won't be there this weekend, work golf party out of town Saturday kind of fubars my weekend.
I haven't heard an update since the last one on their website. Forest City Honda did call me yesterday looking for my e-mail saying they will be sending out information shortly (probably to do with the revised schedule). However, I do recall Ken saying that after paving, the more rain the better...
Sorry your exactly right with the no-cut sliders. I mis-worded my original statement wanting to make a point that no-cut sliders are useless as well and the direct bolt on's are the way to go. It does make sense with bar ends to soften the impact and suppose it wouldn't hurt to have them on...
Wow definitely needs to be a sticky! Only things I'd like to comment on would be about insurance and coolant. I find insurance being a very touchy subject and to even try and achieve some sort of coverage at the track may be risky. I just can't see you coming out on top when mentioning feats of...
