They suck large. So many crap stories from my dad and my own experience with them. Plus I'm sure every one here wonders how all the crap drivers in Toronto passed and are on our roads.
Had to do the wtf are you crazy hand motion on the 410 southbound yesterday. Person in a white full size audi almost lane shared with me. Thankfully they totally backed off after I did my hand motion.
Avoiding retarded drivers, is more pleasurable on a bike than in a car. Plus saving so much in gas and parking since I now have to work down town. Rode almost every day in May and took different ways every few days to figure out the best route with avoiding the worst traffic areas and construction.
If the counters are actually malfunctioning, in Toronto you can call 311 and give them the info. Outside of Toronto not sure who to call, maybe the non emergency line for the police.
I hate it when pedestrians cross with a few seconds left to cross and use the 3 second yellow and 3 second red and ruin chances of turning for right turners and left turners. Really annoying down town when usually that is the only good time to turn because of the non stop pedestrians crossing...
