Red sports bike around 10:30 pm west on Dundas W then east a few seconds later. I was at the street two blocks west of landsdown. You headlight was out. Few minutes later saw a west bound group of riders on Lakeshore coming to a red light at Jamison. The bike in the front had a light out too.

Yup, cops can be so helpful some times then you get lazy bums like that who are handed information and don't even want to use it.

Thanks for the nice comments guys. I called TPS for my mom and they refused to look up if anything had been reported that day at that time and did not want our information. That is why I posted here.
