Dear America: GET A GRIP !!!!

That must be one of the most ignored regulations in the HTA judging by the brain dead entitled red light turners I see most mornings.

That’s diagnoses. Did you know in France (and most of Europe) another commonly diagnosed disability ADHD is regarded in a totally different way. ADHD treatment and accommodations, are vastly different to here in North America. Hardly any kids get medicated, most are treated by changes to their...

    Air Canada strike

I bought a vest that has a ridiculous amount of pockets for this reason for one flight. I had my camera, ipad and every other valuable inside the thing. Sent from my SM-S918W using Tapatalk

That's because of two major things: 1. Cartels are not static and adapt rapidly 2. The profits involved are so immense that there is ALWAYS someone else waiting to pick up any slack. So what to do? The weakness is the product itself. It used to be that the main drugs were plant based so...

    Anyone here a cyclist?

Yes and no. It feels like it’s getting easier to clip out. Could just have been an overly stiff new mechanism. I’ve actually had a few more issues clipping in though but I suspect it’s poor technique.

    Air Canada strike

Don’t care. I avoid flying with the muppets. An Air Canada Rouge trip was quite an eye opener and then the airline picked up its ball and went off in a huff from our local airport.

I know I’m overthinking it, trying too hard and not being relaxed enough. I’ll keep at it.

Our integrated care hub is having a bit of an issue as of 40 mins ago. 10 cop cars and 10 ambulances apparently. The place is a **** show. The illegal encampment was allowed to spread next door and now it resembles a bit of a circus. When no steps were taken to put a stop to it the word got...

    Did you exercise today?

My mountain biking yesterday consisted of 3 (partial) laps of a pump track, one part of a trail and a hike up a hill. I was done. Less than an hour. I spent more time off my bike adjusting the controls. My cycling is 5km/15mins each way. Not a lot but it seems to add up. Stop and sweat for...

Looks like a doddle. If two wheels are hard it should be easier if I take one away.

    Anyone here a cyclist?

I always thought I had rhythm. Apparently the mountain bike pump track disproves that assumption. How the heck do you do a lap without peddling? I get stuck half way round.

When I worked in France the Mayor of Nice had a creative solution for the beggars causing issues in the town. He brought in a bus, put them on it, and shipped them off to a hostel in the mountains.
